TPS

It takes just minutes to migrate your Honeywell TotalPlant® Solution (TPS) system to the next-generation Honeywell Experion®  Process Knowledge System (PKS). With Experion PKS, you get state-of-the-art DCS functionality and embedded advanced applications that improve your business performance and peace of mind.

Experion PKS provides significant advantages in the completeness and simplicity of its seamless integration with TPS. All TPS data, events, and operator messages are incorporated into Experion PKS so that TPS appears as an extension. TPS Station PKS provides a truly common operator interface for both TPS and Experion PKS, and has a direct connection to the TotalPlant Network (TPN), as well as to Experion PKS.

To significantly improve performance, operators must have access to facility-wide information and point data, and they must be able to monitor process history, trends, and averages. When you migrate your Honeywell Universal Station to the TPS system’s global user station (GUS), you equip your operators with a powerful human interface that combines the latest processor technology with the most advanced software capabilities available.
